Our Okanagan debt clock toured wrapped up in downtown Kelowna this morning, with a four-hour stint out front of AM1150 on Bernard Ave. It was a great location, and thanks to AM1150’s incomparable Phil Johnson for inviting us and putting me on the radio throughout the morning to promote the clock.
We met a number of great people, including some of our tour donors, and a group of four guys who called themselves the ROMEOs (Retired Old Men Eating Out). They were hilarious, as we chatted about the debt, how fast it was growing, and what we can do about it.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed our Sweat the Debt tour – now for a few days off before heading out Monday morning toward Prince George.
Is Canada Off Track?
Canada has problems. You see them at gas station. You see them at the grocery store. You see them on your taxes.
Is anyone listening to you to find out where you think Canada’s off track and what you think we could do to make things better?
